It has undergone a full professional restoration from the ground up, with everything removed from the car, including all the glass, and taken down to bare metal. It has been beautifully restored to a very high standard, with all new window rubbers, and the engine and gearbox professionally rebuilt. Every part was stripped down to nothing, with hundreds of man-hours spent bringing this little car back to its former glory.
There are approximately 100 photographs documenting the rebuild stage by stage, and it now looks absolutely stunning. All chrome has been refurbished, and 4 brand new Lockheed wheel cylinders have just been fitted by us here at Craner Classics — not the cheap aftermarket versions, as we believe in a job well done.
